WHERE CAN I BUY MADGE AND MERCER MODERN APOTHECARY PRODUCTS?
Currently, MADGE AND MERCER products are available via the Ontario Cannabis Store website and at select retail locations in Alberta and Ontario. For our friends in other provinces, stay tuned for more updates, coming soon!
WHO FORMULATES YOUR PRODUCTS AND HOW DO YOU SELECT INGREDIENTS?
MADGE AND MERCER cannabinoid formulations are backed by third party research, in consultation with physician Dr. Marni Brooks and Dr. Shane Morris, a molecular geneticist with a PhD in plant science who has developed hundreds of cannabis products for licensed producers throughout North America. Topicals are developed in consultation with dermatologist Dr. Sandy Skotnicki, a world-renowned specialist in skin allergies, and edible recipes are created by celebrated Canadian chef Ted Corrado.
All non-cannabinoid ingredients are vegan, gluten-free and all recipes use a minimum number of hardworking and purposeful ingredients.
WILL MADGE AND MERCER PRODUCTS GET ME HIGH?
MADGE AND MERCER products are designed for wellness, not intoxication. Our products are formulated with high CBD, a micro-dose of THC and select terpenes. The combination of these cannabinoids and terpenes, creates what is known as the “entourage effect”. Without the micro-dose of THC, the CBD would just not be as effective.
WHERE ARE THE CANNABINOIDS USED IN MADGE AND MERCER FORMULATIONS SOURCED?
We’ve partnered with licensed manufacturers who procure the CBD and THC from certified and regulated producers. All suppliers are vetted according to Health Canada established safety and quality protocols.
WHAT DOES MADGE AND MERCER MEAN?
We wanted the brand to achieve a purposeful balance and play on contrasts: warm nostalgia (think Madge of the old Palmolive TV commercials, or the Brits’ name for Madonna) with a nod to the contemporary (SoHo Mercer Street); old-school apothecary charm with wellness and self-care; strength and kindness; friendly yet commercial (mercer, is merchant in French); design forward and accessible.
CAN I CONSUME MADGE AND MERCER PRODUCTS WITH ALCOHOL?
It is not recommended to combine alcohol with cannabis.
I’M ON MEDICATION. CAN I STILL USE MADGE AND MERCER PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS CANNABIS OIL?
Cannabis oil refers to the concentrated liquid extract from the cannabis plant that is then diluted with a carrier oil. Ingestible cannabis oils are a smoke-free and vegan alternative form of consumption that make it an easy addition to your wellness routine.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN MY MADGE AND MERCER EDIBLE OIL?
MM 001 LA CALMA contains CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) distillates, select terpenes (terpinolene, alpha pinene, limonene and linalool), and lemongrass and ginger extract, all delivered in a nutritious and sustainable 100% coconut-derived MCT oil. The result is a carefully and lovingly curated blend formulated with purpose.
HOW DO YOU TAKE THE OIL?
MM 001 LA CALMA It was designed to provide a sense of calm - whether to get through your day or get to sleep. It comes with a graded syringe so that you are able to take a precise dose, and titrate accordingly. It can be taken on its own, or added to your favourite beverage (for instance, your morning smoothie, or evening tea).
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE THE OIL?

Yes, both!

WHAT IS VAPING?
Vaping cannabis involves heating cannabis extracts to a temperature that turns the active compounds (cannabinoids and terpenes) into vapour, offering a more discreet and convenient option for consumption.
HOW DO I USE MY MADGE AND MERCER VAPE PEN? Simply draw on the mouthpiece to begin using your MADGE AND MERCER vape pen. The indicator light on the bottom of your device will light up to let you know that the device is on and that the oil is being vaporized.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN MY MADGE AND MERCER VAPE PEN?
MM 002 EL ALEVIO MENTA contains only 4 ingredients: 300 mg CBD, 75 mg THC distillate and our custom formulated terpene blend (featuring beta-caryophyllene, humulene, limonene, myrcene, linalool, menthone, nerolidol, peppermint and eucalyptol).
What we DO NOT use: Phytol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, or any other solvents, fillers or thickening agents in the production of our formulations.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY VAPE PEN IS EMPTY?
Your vape pen is empty when inhaling from your device does not produce any vapor, and/or when you no longer see any oil in the window of your vape pen.
HAS THE BATTERY BEEN TESTED?
Yes. It has a 0.00% critical failure rate.
CAN I RECYCLE MY VAPE PEN?
Yes, we have a vape recycling program! Complete the form to receive materials to return your used vape pen.

WHAT SKIN TYPES IS MM 004 ÉMOLLIENT SUITABLE FOR?
MM 004 ÉMOLLIENT was specifically designed with the needs of aging skin in mind, ie to improve skin hydration, puffiness, redness and inflammation.
WILL THIS PRODUCT GET ME HIGH?
Your body processes topicals and ingestible cannabis very differently. When cannabinoids are ingested, THC is absorbed by your lungs into your blood to your brain, creating an almost immediate whole-body effect. When a topical is applied, the effects are generally only felt locally (if at all), where you’ve applied the topical.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase and are sent via Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Canada Post delivery times will vary by location, however within Ontario you should expect your package within 5-7 business days. Delays with Canada Post are outside of our control.
WHERE DOES MADGE AND MERCER SHIP?
We currently offer shipping nationwide via Canada Post.
